Personality: Dicate has a very rambunctious, in-your-face and loud personality, typically a little obnoxious and wily on most occassions with a tendency to be annoying when he's either bored and exceedingly excited. He's usually a little catty and unpleasant with people he doesn't know, but with people he does like or is familiar with, he's generally happy and fairly sweet with a good sense of humor. He also has a bit of a superiority complex due to his size and stength, so he's usually trying to size himself up to people who could probably beat him up.

In most cases as well, he's exceedingly cruel and relentless, gives little to no thought towards the value of human life and can easily extinguish it on a whim. He's sadistic for humor's sake, derives an unpleasant satisfaction from the misfortunes of others.

Dislikes: Cold weather, assholes, people stronger/bigger/smarter than him excluding Lo, people who all around more talented than him at certain things, Nazis (because of his family/obvious reasons), numerous other things that would take up too much space...Hates most things. XD

Fears/phobias: He's afraid he's not strong enough to the point he can't defend himself or other people, he just has an all around fear of getting beat up, it makes a mark on his pride that he doesn't like to admit.

Talents/skills: He'a very well adapted to sub-machine guns and is very, very fast. His size allows him to be agile and speedy when close to the ground, and though he's not too good with hand-to-hand, he's a very talented espionage given his size and ground speed, slinking around is no problem.

Also carries a heavy leather belt in which he carries nerve gas bombs, which can prevent signals from the limbs from reaching the brain.

Weaknesses in combat: NOT, and I mean NOT strong at all, if he's caught without a weapon or someone to defend him efficiently, he's at a high risk of injury.

Strengths in combat: Very speedy and can fit into small places, letting him hide with relative ease for surprise attacks without notice.

BACKSTORY:
Born in the Tripartite of Eastern Europe, former Soviet Union and the Allience, Dicate Kazimir was born in the war generation, when the Allience was just beginning to enter the heat of the war with the Republic, and from the age of eleven he was already well on his way into the army, given it was what his father wanted. Both parents passed away in a Republic air strike while he was training in the mountains to become a cadet. Though the loss was also tragic, it was a key component in the development of Dicate's violent and brutal outbursts. After having become commander of the Allience army, shortly proceeding, Dicate was presented with a string of soldiers from northern Europe and given his pick, ultimately choosing Loschen Eckhard to be his slave. He proceeded to torture, humiliate and use Loschen at his disposal for several years, until the blows finally softened and so did he. Now, years later, Loschen is still at his side and acting as his companion and personal bodyguard.
